Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the item can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days after you receive it, provided it is unused and in the original packaging.
Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

To return an item:

1. On the back of the invoice or packing slip, write the reason for the return and include it with the item to be returned.  
   
   
   
2. Repackage the item in its original packaging, along with the return shipping label that was provided by the artist.  We recommend that you insure the package as proof of mailing.  We are not responsible for any breakage that occurs to the item during its return transit.        
   
                
   
3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on the part of The Creative Hand.
   
   
   
4. All refunds will be credited to the orignial credit card number used for the purchase once the return is received by us.  You will be notified of the credit by mail or email.
